Dominique Terosier
Group CIO
Christian Louboutin

I'm happy to lead global digital transformation and innovation for Maison Christian Louboutin, leveraging a 25-year international track record of large-scale digital initiatives across diverse sectors. Before my previous corporate roles as CDIO at Elior France and CIO Europe at Essilor, I was a Partner at Accenture where I spent 17 years in the Telecommunication Industry.
A fun fact about myself: I'm a big fan of Invader, the French street artist who creates pixelated characters out of ceramic tiles inspired by the 1970s arcade game Space Invaders and often found in unexpected urban locations.

Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.
I've always been passionate about aligning technology with business objectives, working closely with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth and efficiency. That's even more exciting today with the extended powerful impact of data analytics and Gen AI. It’s such an inspiring time to work in tech.
What is one of your guiding leadership principles?
There's nothing more powerful than diversity, collective team work, focus on detail and open communication.
What is the greatest challenge CIOs face today, and how are you addressing it?
My greatest challenge is to make sure that our greatly skilled IT teams remain focused on supporting our business roadmap and sustainable growth objectives. This requires understanding and staying connected to business goals, while encouraging regular collective management of project priorities, retaining best tech talents, leveraging latest innovations and always remaining agile throughout our delivery processes.
What is the key to success for someone just starting out as a CIO?
Building Peer Trust: Relationships with other C-level executives are absolutely critical. Speaking their language is key, share their challenges, and prove that technology can be a powerful engine for profitable growth.
Focus on Value: This is a must. Focusing on delivering tangible results, whether it's through data and AI to inform decisions or new platforms that create a competitive edge.
How do you measure success as a leader?
Success as a leader is about empowering the people you lead. A strong leader's impact is seen in their ability to articulate an inspiring vision, build strong, passionate teams, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership and commitment to deliver tangible value to business.
