1. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the drawing for the prizes (the “Prize Drawings”) you must register and attend the Evanta Summit (the “Summit”). The following individuals are NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PRIZE DRAWING: (i) employees, officers, directors and agents of the member companies of Gartner, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families and those living in their households; (ii) employees, officers, directors and agents of the Prize Drawing sponsors, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families and those living in their household ; (iii) employees, officers, officials and agents of any government or any governmental body or any entity that is owned or controlled by a government; (iv) any employee or officer of a public international organization; (v) any individual currently seeking elected office in any country; (vi) any individual who is affiliated with a Summit partnering organization, including but not limited to sponsors and suppliers, even if such individual is a registered member at the Summit; (vii) any individual whose company Code of Conduct prohibits the receipt of gifts in the context of business transactions. Please consult your own in-house counsel if you have questions about eligibility.
2. Term
The entry date(s) for the Prize Drawings will be the dates of the Summit and will take place during the period from the official Summit start time through the time [three hours] before the end of the day on the final day of the Summit (“Term”).
3. Host
Evanta, a Gartner Company, located at 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford CT 06902-7700 is the Sweepstakes Host (“Host”). The Host is solely responsible for the Prize Drawings and prize fulfillment.
4. Prize Sponsors
Certain prizes may be underwritten by Summit sponsors (“Prize Sponsors”). Prize Sponsors are not affiliated with the Host and are not responsible for the Prize Drawings or prize fulfillment.
5. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Prize Drawing is open to those eligible persons who attend the Summit. To enter, eligible persons must submit a Host-provided personal information card (“Entries”). All Entries are subject to a review for eligibility pursuant to Section 1 of these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Each eligible person may only submit one (1) Entry. If the Host approves an Entry, eligible participants will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Drawing. All Entries become the property of the Host. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Information collected from participants is subject to Host’s Global Privacy Policy, available at: http://www.gartner.com/technology/about/policies/privacy_principles.jsp.
Participants should be aware that the Host and Prize Sponsors may be collecting non-public, personally-identifiable information about them in connection with the operation of the Prize Drawing. Subject to applicable law, Host and Prize Sponsors, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing.
6. Winners
Prize winners will be announced throughout each day of the Summit. The Luxury Prize winner will be announced approximately two hours before the end of the day on the final day of the Summit. Winners for the Session Prize and Luxury Prize Drawings (“Prize Winners”) will be randomly selected by Host from an appropriate vessel containing all the eligible Entries using any method that is deemed by the Host as fair and just for all participants. All Luxury Prize Winners must be physically present at the time of the applicable Prize Drawing to win. All decisions on all matters pertaining to the Prize Drawings are at the sole discretion of the Host and are final. The Host reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes
Prize Winners will receive the prizes listed on Exhibit A. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by Host. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Host’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all applicable taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Prizes do not include any travel expenses, personal expenses, or any other costs not specifically described in these Official Sweepstakes Rules as included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the Prize Winner and his/her guest(s).
8. Winner Notification
The Prize Winners will be announced at the Summit. Prize Winners must claim their prizes at the Summit registration desk. In order to receive the Luxury Prize, the Luxury Prize Winner will be required to execute and return an Acceptance Form and Waiver of Liability. The Host will not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a Prize Winner. If the Prize Winner declines the prize, fails to claim the prize, fails to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or is ineligible, the prize will be considered forfeited and the Host may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries or else donate the prize to charity, at its sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, all participants and Prize Winner(s) hereby release the Host and the Prize Sponsor and their respective affiliates from and against any and all liability, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, damage or loss of property in any way arising from the Prize Drawing and the awarding, fulfillment, acceptance and use or misuse of the Prize. The Host and Prize Sponsor assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Prize Drawing entries or entry forms, or alteration of Entries which may occur in the administration of the Prize Drawing or the processing of Entries.
10. Governing Law
This Prize Drawing and these Official Sweepstakes Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Exhibit A
Definition: Luxury and Super Luxury Prizes
Round trip (coach) airfare for two and accommodations for up to four nights. Below destinations have been vetted by Travelink and approved to fall under a $3500 budget for Luxury Prizes, and $6000 budget for Super Luxury Prizes (Super Luxury Prizes only available to win at an Evanta Global Executive Summit). Should a winner select to upgrade rooms, amenities or flights so that the total cost of the trip surpasses $3500 for a Luxury Prize or $4900 for Super Luxury Prize, winner will be responsible for the additional costs.
Winner will have the choice to choose from below destinations, a destination of their choice, OR use $3500 for Luxury Prize Winner or $4900 for Super Luxury Winner for a trip of their choosing. No limitations on date/location unless required by Travelink.
