VistaPrint

I am the Chief People Officer at Vistaprint and lead our People and Culture team. We enable Vista’s mission of being the expert partner to small businesses by finding and growing exceptional talent and fostering an entrepreneurial culture where everyone feels valued and motivated to make a difference.
Prior to Vistaprint, I was at Amazon in the Devices and Services organization, leading central HR practices, processes, and programs. Before Amazon, I was with Capital One for 5 years, leading Product Management for the Employee Experience, Head of HR for the Technology organization, and VP of Enterprise Leadership and Learning and Development. Before Capital One, I spent 14 years at Google in various roles across staffing, global university relations, HR consulting, career development, product management, and talent management. I worked in London for 4 years with Google, supporting EMEA and emerging markets.
I have a BA in Psychology from Sewanee and studied in Florence, Italy. I live in Richmond, VA with my husband and three daughters and our two labradoodles.
Outside of work, I love traveling, designing jewelry, interior decorating, trying new restaurants, and playing pickleball.
