Agenda

Coming Soon

The CHRO Executive Summit agendas are driven by the mission-critical priorities identified among the community. Each agenda is uniquely crafted ‘by CHROs, for CHROs,’ and will be available closer to the gathering. All topics and sessions will be inspired by the following themes.

Developing empathetic leaders for the new world of work

Despite valiant efforts, human-centric leaders are still a rarity. But rapid changes to our society and workplaces are making leadership roles increasingly complex. Today’s work environment requires leaders to be more authentic, empathetic and adaptive to be effective.

Fostering Resiliency while supporting the workforce through change

Gartner research shows that 45% of employees say they are experiencing some level of change fatigue at work. HR leaders must help employees navigate near-constant change and mitigate the impact those changes may have on their work and their well-being.

Identifying, growing and retaining employees with the skills your business requires

Even in the face of an economic downturn, the competition for highly-skilled employees isn’t showing any signs of slowing. This means CHROs must realign their recruiting and retention strategies with current business goals and make data-informed decisions for the future of the organization.

We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming in-person gathering
