Evanta, a Gartner Company
Health & Safety Protocol

We are excited to welcome you back, in person, to Evanta gatherings.

As previously shared, Evanta will hold in-person programs only in locations that meet our stringent health and safety criteria to help ensure the well-being of our participants, partners, and our associates. These criteria include adhering to government, venue, and health agency guidelines, as well as taking practical safety precautions onsite, to help ensure the safest possible experience for our attendees. While we anticipate that these criteria and precautions may evolve prior to the event, more information about the current approach and onsite safety measures can be found below.

United States Guidelines

What you can expect onsite

Evanta, with support and agreement from the host venue, is following the latest guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). People who are in a substantial or high transmission location are recommended to wear a mask in public indoor settings regardless of vaccination status.

Due to the increase of the Delta variant in the US, and in accordance with CDC guidance, we recommend that our community do their part to stop the spread of the virus by only attending if they have been fully vaccinated*. For those who will not be fully vaccinated by the program date, we look forward to seeing you at a gathering in the future. We also ask all community members to stay home if you are not feeling well or believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19, regardless of vaccination status.

In addition to recommending that you be fully vaccinated and wear a mask in any substantial or high transmission location, our host venues may have additional requirements.

Evanta will also implement the following measures at the conference:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitizing of the event space
  • Decreased capacity and minimized congestion where possible across the venue, including more space in aisleways
  • Touchless or reduced contact interactions throughout the program
*For the purposes of this guidance, people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 ≥2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series or ≥2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine.
