Evanta, a Gartner Company
Health & Safety Protocol

We are excited to welcome you back, in person, to Evanta gatherings.

As previously shared, Evanta will hold in-person programs only in locations that meet our stringent health and safety criteria to help ensure the well-being of our participants, partners, and associates. These criteria include adhering to government, venue, and health agency guidelines, as well as taking practical safety precautions onsite, to help ensure the safest possible experience for our attendees. While we anticipate that these criteria and precautions may evolve prior to the event, more information about the current approach and onsite safety measures can be found below.

United States Guidelines

What you can expect onsite

Evanta, with support and agreement from the host venue, is following the latest government guidance.

We request all participants to be fully vaccinated.* You will receive a separate communication a few days prior to the conference to provide an attestation that you have received a complete dosage of a COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days ago; have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days; are not experiencing any symptoms consistent with COVID-19, nor have you experienced such symptoms over the past 14 days; have not knowingly been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days; and will adhere to Evanta’s safety measures and best practices. For those who will not be able to attest to these aforementioned criteria by the program date, we look forward to seeing you at a gathering in the future.

Evanta will also implement the following measures at the conference:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitizing of the event space
  • Decreased capacity and minimized congestion where possible across the venue, including more space in aisleways
  • Touchless or reduced contact interactions throughout the program
*For the purposes of this guidance, people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 ≥2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series or ≥2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine.
