Operational Trust in the Age of Agentic AI
Hosted by Rubrik
Agentic AI is scaling faster than most organizations can govern. Shadow AI and autonomous workflows are proliferating across enterprise environments. Rubrik Zero Labs research shows only 37% of organizations maintain a current inventory of their agents. What cannot be seen cannot be governed.
CISOs must establish operational trust as the foundation for AI at scale: enforcing data boundaries, validating AI behavior under real-world conditions and maintaining the ability to recover to a clean and trusted state when agentic systems fail. Security leaders who build that infrastructure are the ones who make confident, compliant AI adoption possible at speed.
Discussion Questions:
- What practical strategies are you using to accurately inventory and govern the rapid proliferation of shadow AI and autonomous workflows?
- How are you proactively enforcing data boundaries to ensure agentic systems do not inadvertently expose sensitive enterprise information?
- What methods are you employing to validate AI behavior and ensure operational trust under unpredictable, real-world conditions?
- When autonomous systems inevitably drift or fail, what mechanisms allow you to quickly contain the impact and recover to a trusted state?
- How are you partnering with business leaders to build the security infrastructure needed to enable confident, compliant AI adoption at scale?
