Evanta is excited to offer in-person CHRO Executive Summits in the second half of 2021. Evanta communities are uniquely positioned to return to in-person gatherings through our regional program model, which requires limited to no travel, and our invitation-only gatherings are smaller by design – intentionally limited to CHROs and heads of functions to facilitate true peer discussion, sharing and networking.

This year’s CHRO Executive Summit agendas are driven by the priorities identified among the community. Each agenda is uniquely crafted ‘by CHROs, for CHROs,’ and will be available closer to the gathering. All topics and sessions will be inspired by the following themes.

Planning for and shaping the future of work

HR leaders have been planning and revising strategies to return to the workplace, incorporate flexibility and support the workforce through unprecedented times. Cross-functional teams and nimble strategies allow for unprecedented collaboration, with CHROs often at the helm as their organization navigates the future of work.

Becoming the board's leader of human capital

Living through a global pandemic is a shared experience that has changed how many people, and organizations look at how work is done, and what is possible moving forward. As the leader of human capital, CHROs are thinking about talent and how work is done differently. Whether implementing a remote or hybrid model, or faced with recruiting and engagement challenges, HR is at the helm of their organization’s people strategy.

Transforming HR structure and strategy

Many companies have made changes to their reporting structure and talent strategy, either out of necessity or opportunity. Leveraging technology, restructuring for efficiency, and updating how talent is procured and where work can be done, have been monumental initiatives for HR leaders.
