Ushering in a New Era of the Employee Value Proposition

Gartner research tells us that employees who express satisfaction with their experience at work are 60% more likely to stay with an organization. But these days, it takes more than free snacks in the breakroom to keep the workforce happy. Hybrid work environments and a hypercompetitive labor market have completely upended employee preferences and what it takes to attract, motivate and retain employees.

With job moves and lifestyle changes spurred by the pandemic (mostly) behind us, HR leaders are now adapting to longer-term changes in employee expectations and needs. What steps are you taking to ensure your employees feel supported as humans and not just workers?

Topic 1: Measuring the business impact of employee experience

  • What parameters are you using to measure the success of your employee experience initiatives?
