We recently conducted a survey of the C-level executives in Gartner C-level Communities about the current geopolitical and economic landscape.
We wondered if they are able to maintain a focus on their 2025 priorities or if they are having to shift and adapt their objectives. Sixty percent of executives reported that their priorities remain the same, while 40% are shifting their focus areas or in the process of doing so.
In addition, 24% of executives said that they are prioritizing investments to prepare for ongoing volatility – with an additional 19% of executives reporting budget cuts and 17% saying they are reevaluating vendor relationships. (You can read the detailed survey findings here.)
