4:30pm - 5:30pm  Executive Networking Reception

Leading Security in an AI-Driven World

Artificial intelligence is accelerating both sides of cybersecurity, reshaping how vulnerabilities are discovered, exploited, and remediated. Frontier LLMs now enable rapid identification and weaponization of weaknesses, challenging long-standing assumptions around patching, prioritization, and risk management. At the same time, enterprises are embedding AI into their own environments, introducing new dependencies on automation, new classes of identity, and new operational risks.

This shift is forcing security leaders to rethink how protection actually works. Traditional security models built on human-led processes are struggling to keep pace. Organizations are moving toward automated remediation, reevaluating identity as a primary control layer, and redefining acceptable risk in exchange for speed and scale. Security is increasingly defined by who and what is allowed to act, how quickly decisions are made, and how much authority is delegated to machines.

Discussion Questions:

  • How are you redefining control in an environment where both attackers and defenders can operate at machine speed?
  • What decisions in your security program are you willing to delegate to automation, and which remain firmly under human authority?
  • Where is your organization most constrained today in keeping pace with AI-driven change: technology, process, or leadership alignment? Why?
  • What does resilience look like in your organization when prevention and remediation can no longer keep up with the rate of exposure?
