The impact AI is having on organizations around the globe is profound; propelling innovation, driving efficiency, customizing solutions and reshaping operational frameworks. Human resources, as the organizational people leaders, are at the helm. As AI becomes more prevalent in the workplace, it’s critical for CHROs to guide the workforce through transformation.

According to Gartner insight, only 7% of CEOs believe their CHROs have strong AI-savviness relative to what their organizations need. In 2026, HR leaders should be poised to work across the C-suite to shape AI’s impact on talent, the HR function and the future of work. But to do this successfully, CHROs will need to upskill existing and future leadership, make change routine to mitigate fatigue, show employees the value of their work and embrace efficiency through new tools.

Discussion Questions:

  • How is AI impacting your workforce and your organizational structure?
  • How are you upskilling people leaders and mitigating change fatigue?
  • What changes do you anticipate to HR’s operational model?
  • What is the biggest challenge your organization is facing with AI?

6:30pm - 7:00pm  Networking Break

7:00pm - 8:00pm  Summary Discussion & Dinner

8:00pm - 9:00pm  Social Hour
