Successfully Measuring and Communicating the Value of Data

Data and analytics perform a key function within organisations but defining, measuring, and communicating the business value of this can be challenging in many ways for Chief Data Officers. CDOs must embed a data-driven culture within their organisations to ensure their boards have the capacity to understand the central importance of data to businesses strategies. Data literacy insufficiencies within the workforce must be overcome to effectively communicate the value of data and remain competitive. 

In this session, you will discuss:

  • Strategies for effectively implementing a high level of data literacy within the workforce
  • Successfully installing a data-driven company culture
  • Discussing effective methods of communicating the value of data
