Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.

I have a deep expertise working in the professional services industry in a multinational context. I am skilled in digital transformation, business process and process control, finance & IT governance and compliance, and cybersecurity, and my experiences matured within professional services, cruises, fashion, automotive, utilities and retail industries. My role changes with every new challenge, and at every new organisation, my goal is to drive high-performance teams.

What is one of your guiding leadership principles?

Empathy, listening, and collaboration are key factors to innovate and lead positive and productive teams.

With disruption being a key theme of recent years, where do you see the CISO role going in the next 1-2 years?

The role is moving from authority to empathy.

What advice would you give to someone just starting out as a CISO?

Remember that an organisation is always made by people, and the people who move the company are under you and not above.

Tell us three fun facts about yourself.

  1. I’m super organised at work and a disaster in my private life.
  2. I used to be a party animal.
  3. I enjoy adrenaline sports.
