- Helping define and execute digital transformational strategies and Total Cost of ownership based transformation programs
- Simplifying Digital/Technology/IT complexity
- Identifying opportunities to embrace innovations to accelerate growth and strategically drive organisations forward
- Translating business needs into custom technology and digital-based outcomes
- Change management, executing at scale and driving sustainable growth
- Championing strategic consulting in operations, customer service, quality and process re-engineering
What is one of your guiding leadership principles?
Courage to enable change.
With disruption being a key theme of recent years, where do you see the CIO role going in the next 1-2 years?
CIOs will further business alignment dedicated to new age digital transformation tools, and generate more ROI on key initiatives and projects.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out as a CIO?
Passion, empathy, and dedication can be crucial traits whilst stepping into a leadership role.
