Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.
I joined Growers Express / Green Giant Fresh as CFO. After 12 months in the role and the commencement of a transformation initiative, I was appointed CEO in order to oversee the transformation of the company.

What is one of your guiding leadership principles?
Teamwork. It takes a great team with diversity, inclusivity, and empowerment to run a great company and partner with customers, suppliers, and the community.
With disruption being a key theme of the past year, where do you see your role as a financial leader going in the next 1-2 years?
My career has always been with companies going through stages of rapid transformation and growth. Change and disruption are a normal part of company growth and keeping current with customer trends.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in the role as a CFO?
Build a great team of strong players, who will ensure that you can focus on the critical success areas.
Tell us a couple fun facts about yourself.
My hobbies are gardening, travel, and home renovation.
