Digital acceleration in uncertain times requires the ability to adapt at speed and scale. ‘Agile’ methodologies and becoming ‘resilient’ do not quite cut it. Whether restructuring existing applications, infrastructure and security ecosystems or preempting new initiatives to bring services and applications to market faster than ever before, CIOs are immersed in strategising and building support for these critical business objectives.

In this interactive conversation among peers, CIOs will discuss their role in proactively contributing to organisational success.

Topic 1: Digital Business Acceleration

  • How are you evolving your operating model to deliver better speed, agility and innovation?
  • How are you optimising for future resilience and not just immediate efficiency?
  • How are you shifting funding from less valuable initiatives to new channels or services?

Topic 2: Fostering a digital-first mindset

  • How have you evolved your cross-business partnerships in the past year?
  • What’s new or next in your organisational structure to support digital business?
  • How will you sustain momentum within IT to keep up with the pace of change?

19:15 - 19:45  Networking Break

19:45 - 21:15  Summary Discussion & Dinner

We are excited to welcome you back, in person, to Evanta gatherings.

These criteria include adhering to government, venue, and health agency guidelines, in addition to taking all practical safety precautions onsite.

Please note that our onsite planning will continue to evolve, and all measures will be subject to change to ensure the best and safest possible experience. Please refer to our COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols for up-to-date local guidelines.
