Digital acceleration in uncertain times requires the ability to adapt at speed and scale. ‘Agile’ methodologies and becoming ‘resilient’ do not quite cut it. Whether restructuring existing applications, infrastructure and security ecosystems or preempting new initiatives to bring services and applications to market faster than ever before, CIOs are immersed in strategising and building support for these critical business objectives.

In this interactive conversation among peers, CIOs will discuss their role in proactively contributing to organisational success.

Topic 1: Digital Business Acceleration

  • How are you evolving your operating model to deliver better speed, agility and innovation?
  • How are you optimising for future resilience and not just immediate efficiency?
  • How are you shifting funding from less valuable initiatives to new channels or services?

Topic 2: Fostering a digital-first mindset

  • How have you evolved your cross-business partnerships in the past year?
  • What’s new or next in your organisational structure to support digital business?
  • How will you sustain momentum within IT to keep up with the pace of change?

Returning to in-person conferences

We are excited to welcome you back, in person, to Evanta gatherings.

As previously shared, Evanta will hold in-person programmes only in locations that meet our stringent health and safety criteria to help ensure the well-being of our participants, partners, and our associates. These criteria include adhering to government, venue, and health agency guidelines, in addition to taking all practical safety precautions onsite.

Please note that our onsite planning will continue to evolve, and all measures will be subject to change to ensure the best and safest possible experience. Please refer to our COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols for up-to-date local guidelines.

Evanta, with support and agreement from the host venue, is following the latest government guidance.

We request all participants to be fully vaccinated.* You will receive a separate communication a few days prior to the conference to provide an attestation that you will be fully vaccinated*, have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days, are not experiencing any symptoms consistent with COVID-19, and you have not knowingly been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days. For those who will not be able to attest to these criteria by the program date, we look forward to seeing you at a gathering in the future.

Evanta will also implement the following measures at the conference:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitizing of the event space
  • Decreased capacity and minimized congestion where possible across the venue, including more space in aisleways
  • Touchless or reduced contact interactions throughout the program

Our host venue will have the NHS QR code available upon entry for any participants who wish to check-in upon arrival to the conference.

*For the purposes of this guidance, people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 ≥2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series or ≥2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine.
