As AI agents and digital copilots become part of daily work, CIOs face a pivotal inflection point: building a culture where humans and AI not only coexist but collectively drive innovation and value. This shift requires more than technical integration, it calls for reimagining roles and workflows while strengthening executive resilience in the face of uncertainty.

CIOs must balance the promise of AI with the  pace of change and increasing volatility, ensuring employees feel empowered, not displaced, and that workflows are intuitive and that agents are secure and governed. At the same time, leaders must navigate evolving platform and vendor ecosystems, budget constraints, and the ongoing build, buy, or blend debate.

Discussion Questions:

  • How are executives adapting and building resilience to navigate the uncertainties associated with AI?
  • How are you supporting teams in human-AI collaboration?
  • What change management strategies have worked best for you?
  • How do you approach vendor risk and build, buy, or blend decisions?

6:30pm - 7:00pm  Networking Break

7:00pm - 8:00pm  Summary Discussion & Dinner

8:00pm - 9:00pm  Social Hour

We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming in-person gathering
