As digital initiatives across enterprises have accelerated quickly, CIOs are being challenged to defend against rising threats to their ever-growing ecosystems. IT leaders are strategizing and building support for critical business objectives, while building a strong posture to protect against very sophisticated cyber criminals.

In this interactive conversation among peers, CIOs will discuss their role in contributing to organizational success and proactively approaching looming threats.

Topic 1: Designing a holistic, secure digital business

  • What security threats are of biggest concern for your organization, and how are you to deliver better speed and agility, while keeping these threats at bay?
  • How are you optimizing for future resilience and not just immediate reactions, as the attack surface has become so much larger and diffuse?
  • How has your budget strategy evolved to address secure digital priorities, and how are you working with other teams to optimize detection and response?
  • What are your organization’s strategies for protecting endpoints? How do you see the competing requirements of open and fast access to enable productivity vs the need to prevent breaches and security?

Topic 2: Workforce and partnership strategies for digital security and success

  • While organizations adapt and transform, security is still top of mind for CIOs as distributed work introduces new risk. What strategies and tools does your organization have in place to manage threats and mitigate risks?
  • How have you overcome challenges when the IT/Security priorities conflict?
  • How are you establishing credibility in your role to drive the enterprise in a secure digital direction?
