Even before 2020, HR leaders were engaged in a war for talent and recognized the need to upskill and reskill their workforce to address mounting skills gaps. Now that the future of work has arrived and businesses continue to face volatility and tightened budgets, leaders recognize that resilience and agility needs to be baked-in to their existing workforce.
