The CISO Hierarchy of Needs: Succeeding in Todays' Complex Environment

At the end of the day, the CISO’s job is to identify and categorize technology risks, prioritize those risks based on the potential harm to the organization, and treat risks such that agreed upon tolerance levels are met. While this sounds simple, in practice, it is extremely challenging to maintain the maturity levels across the required people, processes, and technologies to manage risks across a large enterprise. This has put the modern day CISO in a difficult spot in which they have to focus so much on this hierarchy of needs when they’d prefer to spend it on execution.

Join this your Dallas peers in this Virtual Town Hall to learn more on:

  • Effectively dealing with the complexities and challenges of managing risks within their environments
  • The intake of ever increasing challenges of adopting technologies such as AI, public clouds and IoT
  • Pinpointing first party code and areas threat actors are choosing to target
