Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.

I've worked at very large companies, such as Ford Motor Company, for 21 years that established my leadership skills, team working, and how to deliver complex solutions. I had the opportunity to work overseas in China as an expat for three years, providing a global experience.

I also worked at medium-sized companies, such as TD Ameritrade, that had deep technical expertise and understanding of data analytics. For the past 4 years, I've led the IT organization at two smaller companies focused on business growth and operational efficiency. These diverse experiences have helped shape my overall leadership and focus with developing high-performing teams.

What is one of your guiding leadership principles?
