Give us a brief overview of the path that led to your current role.
I have a passion for technology and an entrepreneurial mindset, and this has helped me build teams that produce a greater customer experience. I am a constant learner and I thrive when taking on new challenges to deliver results.
What is one of your guiding leadership principles?
Integrity is what I believe in. It will take you a long way if you follow it and encourage others to follow it.
With disruption being a key theme of the past year, where do you see your role as a CDAO going in the next 1-2 years?
We need to provide seamless, integrated customer experiences, and we must differentiate in the marketplace through innovation.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in the role as a CDAO?
Empower the team and provide a safe psychological environment, and you will see a tremendous change in peoples’ mindsets.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself.
I am a vegetarian, but if someone gives me food and I can't figure out if it has meat in it, I may eat it. Well, it's a fun fact for others, not me.
What is the value of joining an Evanta community?
I enjoy being part of the local Minneapolis CDAO community and getting to know my peers and leaders from different industries in order to learn and grow.
