Connectivity is paramount to today’s hybrid work environments. Workers’ changing employer expectations necessitate deliberate company culture strategies across all levels of leadership. Providing access to tools and information, fostering a sense of belonging, and aligning the employee experience with the employee lifecycle and business outcomes falls to the CHRO to create an engaged, high performing workforce at scale.

In this interactive conversation among peers, CHROs will discuss their role in creating employee engagement strategies that keep workers loyal and motivated while adjusting to new ways of working.

  • Creating new ways to work
    • How are you partnering with other C-suite peers to provide a unified employee experience?
    • How are you adjusting workflows across the enterprise?
    • How are you providing employees with the tools and access they need to be successful in the current work environment?
  • Boosting employee engagement
    • How are you creating a motivational atmosphere for employees in either remote or hybrid work environments?
    • What challenges are you experiencing in building culture with new hires or existing employees?
    •  How have you shifted your employee communication strategy in recent months?

19:00 - 19:30  Networking Break

19:30 - 20:30  Summary Discussion & Dinner

20:30 - 21:30  Social Hour
