Designing the Resilient Organization of the Future
Suzanne Lane
VP & CFO
O'Neal Steel, Inc.
Change is a certainty for your business, and it impacts every aspect of your organization, from the way it’s organized to the technology that fuels (and sometimes threatens) it to the shifting expectations of a multi-generational workforce. But CFOs are uniquely suited to be agents of this change rather than merely reacting to it. In this peer-to-peer exchange, CFOs will share perspectives on their role as drivers of transformation and purposeful change, examining the critical factors for making organizations stronger, more adaptable and more agile for the future.
