The Top 10 Breakaway Leaders Award celebrates world-class HR leaders who continue to deliver value by engaging and developing the global workforce of tomorrow. Those honored are the top leaders in their field who are changing the face of HR and inspiring a legacy of excellence. Through ingenuity and dedication, these CHROs are setting their organizations up to become the next great innovator in talent development.
An elite panel of judges made up of CHROs and retired CHROs; noted academics; and HR thought leaders reviewed all of the applications and nominations to determined the winners who were recognized in the company of their peers on September 25, 2012 during the Awards Gala Dinner at the 2012 Global HR Leadership Summit in Denver.
