THE PROMISE The HR Leadership Summit is a private conference built 'by HR Execs, for HR Execs.' The one-day event is by invitation only and is steered by a Governing Body of distinguished HR leaders from Fortune 1000 companies and other leading organizations in our region.
THE PROCESS Our purpose is to provide a content-rich, collaborative forum for HR executives. All session content is service provider-neutral and speakers are selected by the Governing Body, using strict criteria. Service providers participate only via nomination from the Governing Body and within the auspices of the event's defined "rules of engagement."
THE PEOPLE Attendance at the conference is exclusively limited to HR executives who qualify.

HR Institute
The HR Leadership Institute is an advanced leadership academy dedicated to the needs of Human Resource executives. It will be taught by a group of Fortune 500 CHROs and faculty from the most prestigious executive development and business schools in the world. This program offers an innovative curriculum that blends the theory and practice of effective leadership into a highly interactive learning experience.
