Expand Session Description
Mobile computing and smart devices are a critical tool in today’s networked world. Enterprises and individuals alike rely on mobile devices to remain reachable and to reach back into our infrastructures when away from the office or home. These devices are also a source of security incidents from device loss, misconfiguration, human error and malware. It is imperative that proper risk management be applied and security controls implemented to maximize the benefits while minimizing the risks. Join this special Socratic dialogue session, focusing on a selected technology, attacks against that technology and countermeasures against these attacks. This dialogue will feature a panel of experts in federal and state government infrastructure protection, cyber-law, emergency management and cybersecurity.
