The mission of the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA) is to support the growth, sustainability and global competitiveness of Minnesota's technology-based economy through advocacy, education and collaboration.

Established in 1982, MHTA is the only membership organization that represents Minnesota's entire technology-based economy. MHTA members include organizations of every size and are involved in virtually every aspect of technology creation, production, application and education. MHTA works in partnership with AeA, the nation's largest technology association, which represents Minnesota's technology organizations nationally.

MHTA fulfills its mission by:

  • Advocating for a favorable public policy environment and serving as the voice of Minnesota's technology industries
