Agenda
Becoming a business leader involves Business Acumen ("Strategy") and Leadership Principles ("Structure"). The CIO Institute will focus on enhancing the knowledge and skill sets of each participant in both of these areas.
Six topics will be covered over the three-day curriculum and a half-day sessions will be devoted to each of the following topics:
- Strategy
- Innovation and Change
- Team Building
- Financial Performance and Metrics
- Culture
- Communications
The three day program includes interactive sessions delivered by Fortune 500 CIOs. Each session is approximately 60 minutes in length and is followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. This format provides a unique opportunity for CIOs and university faculty to share their insights and experiences in a program designed to educate and mentor future IT leaders.
